[step 1] prepare your paper
write your paper in plain text (.txt) or markdown (.md) format. ensure it covers a relevant topic in cybersecurity, hacking, or related fields. include your handle and the date at the top.
[step 2] review guidelines
check that your paper is original, respects anonymity, and avoids illegal content. keep it technical and concise, with clear explanations and examples where applicable.
[step 3] encrypt your submission
encrypt your paper using our pgp key (available below). include your handle in the message but avoid real-world identifiers.
[step 4] send via irc
join our irc channel (#----- @ -----) and send the encrypted file to an admin. alternatively, upload it to ------ (port 23) under the submissions directory.
[step 5] await review
our team will review your submission for quality and relevance. you'll be notified via irc or bbs if your paper is accepted or needs revisions.
